Its unique hydrodynamic shape and precisely tuned float characteristics will ensure smooth gliding and exceptional versatility when training in the pool. Used with convenient ANKLE PULL STRAP (sold separately) to ensure precise leg and hand placement when used as a pull buoy or kickboard respectively. Made of durable EVA foam material.
